I just draw a one pixel black line, then a one pixel white line around it in Paint shop

Well in Paint Shop, you select the brush tool and make it as small as possible (1x1 pixel)  Then to draw a straight line click there you want it to start, then hold shift aand click where you want it to finish, do this with the black all the way around, the with the white all the way around and Voila

I'd Guess so, but i can't be sure, I YThink Samurai uses Photo shop (notsure tho) so you coud ask him, I've only use it a bit, but i assume it would be about the same

yeah i use photoshop


all you need to do is use the line tool and do it 1pixel and hold shift down and go around the outside in black and then do a white line on the inside of the black line
